Nicol Stephen, Deputy First Minister and Nora Radcliffe MSP have welcomed plans a Waste to Energy facillity based at Kintore, Aberdeenshire.  The facility, which was recently granted a connection to National Grid is due to be operational late 2008/early 2009.
