Dewatering and Stabilisation

As waste management experts, Oran Recycling pioneered a two-stage dewatering and stabilisation process, to enable the safe treatment and recycling of sludges and other organic wastes. During the dewatering and stabilisation waste management process, water sludge passes through a processing unit, which can thicken or dewater the waste. Lime is added during the processing stage, which can eliminate pathogens including EColi 0157 and salmonella. The resulting material is an excellent organic fertiliser and high quality soil ameliorant with a favourable alkaline pH, which conforms to the British Retail Consortium recognised ADAS Matrix as an ‘enhanced product’.
These waste management processes comprise of custom built dewatering and stabilisation units which can be either mobile or static. The units connect to existing outlets of sludge or food processing waste storage tanks, providing an effective and efficient waste management service.
Oran Recycling can build units to meet customers’ exact requirements, providing a complete and tailored waste management service. Alternatively, mobile units can be mobilised and on site at short notice. Depending upon customer’s waste management needs, both dewatering and stabilisation units can be supplied either fully manned or on a self-operated hire basis by Oran Recycling.
As a reliable waste management service provider, all Oran Recycling dewatering and stabilisation contracts include a 24 hour emergency call our service, 365 days a year. For further details regarding Oran Recycling dewatering and stabilisation equipment capacities, please click here
